Mountain Dwellings by BIG Architects, Copenhagen, Denmark 16mrt09 Mountain Dwellings, is a project consisting of apartments above a multi-storey car park designed by the Danish architects Bjarke Ingels Group or BIG. The building is located in Copenhagen, next to VM Houses, completed by BIG and Julien de Smedt Architects in 2006. The 80 apartments are arranged on a sloping “hillside” above the car park that has space for 480 cars.
